If you’re like me and the guy who modified this mp3 player, you’ve always wanted to see an iPod transformed into a real eye-pod. Maybe you have an eyeball fetish, or perhaps you’re just tired of seeing a lowercase “i” in front of every single portable electronic device on the planet. Anyway, this guy went ahead and did it, encasing his iPod nano in this insanely cool steampunk case (if you don’t want to plug in your headphones, the Victrola horn on the base really works as a speaker, too!). The real thing can only be visited at Oxford’s Museum of the History of Science, though – unfortunately, it’s not for sale.
