iPhone App Coasters

Check out these nifty custom coasters that were given out at the MacWorld trade show. Each one resembles a different application icon from the iPhone. Nice and geeky, just the way we like it!

Apple Stair on eBay

Talk about geeky souvenirs: someone on eBay has somehow gotten his hands on a broken stair from Apple’s flagship store on 5th Avenue in New York City. According to the auction the 250 lb. slab of glass was broken when someone dropped a bottle on it, and this guy happened to take it off of the repair crew’s hands before they trashed it.

Whatever happened to lusting after normal geek schwag like customized USB flash drives and good old-fashioned promotional computer accessories? Kids these days!

Reddit Alien Flash Drives

Reddit is a popular social news aggregation site that has an active and loyal community. I just noticed these custom USB flash drives in the shape of the Reddit alien mascot, and being an avid user of the site myself, went to purchase one - until I realized they were $25! Keyboard Key Lamps

Tap them briefly and they light up, again and they shut off. Sure, they’re mostly ornamental, but your computer might think twice about crashing with these things watching…

Drinking With Trekkies

This set of etched wine glasses, featuring the Star Trek insignia, brings instant class to any Trekkie’s table. Perfect for fine dining and drinking at conventions, the local interstellar bar, or anywhere else Star Trek fans happen to find themselves in the social company of others through some strange quirk of fate (not to contribute to any stereotypes or anything…).

One of the many disturbingly exhaustive Star Trek wikis assures us that there have been many types of wine consumed on the show, so this custom glassware could totally be found aboard the Enterprise. Good to know, right?
