iPhone App Coasters

Check out these nifty custom coasters that were given out at the MacWorld trade show. Each one resembles a different application icon from the iPhone. Nice and geeky, just the way we like it!

Apple Stair on eBay

Talk about geeky souvenirs: someone on eBay has somehow gotten his hands on a broken stair from Apple’s flagship store on 5th Avenue in New York City. According to the auction the 250 lb. slab of glass was broken when someone dropped a bottle on it, and this guy happened to take it off of the repair crew’s hands before they trashed it.

Whatever happened to lusting after normal geek schwag like customized USB flash drives and good old-fashioned promotional computer accessories? Kids these days!

Apple Will Soon Be Our Overlords

I was reading Gadget Lab on Wired.com yesterday, and they reported that rumors are circulating that Apple may soon be adding cameras to their iPods and wipe out the digital camera industry. Can you imagine if that’s true? An mp3 player with a camera in it? Apple will have a monopoly of the world.

PhoneSaber

For all you Star War fanatics out there, the infamous light saber is now available via iphone applications.  The PhoneSaber is great for all you Jedi’s out there trying to elimintae those droids or vice versa, ya know whichever.  The best part about becoming  Jedi Master: it’s free.  All you need to do is download the application swing your iPhone or iTouch and a range of light saber noises come shooting out of the speakers.  They even have different colored light sabers.  Now if that isn’t geek schwag enough for you, then I really don’t know what is.

iMac T-shirt

I love customizable t-shirts! This witty t-shirt reflective of the “I think, therefore iMac” t would be a great piece to give out at a techie convention or as an event marketing tool. I would definitely wear this shirt.

Greatest Tattoo for a “Mac” Daddy

If the infamous Apple logo is aesthetically pleasing to you or you are the ultimate fan of the Mac then perhaps getting an Apple logo tattoo isn’t such a bad idea. The mark would be a permanent indication of your devotion to the brand and your body, a creative billboard.

Way to promote your loyalty to the computer industry!

Vintage Geek Schwag: 80s Apple T-shirt

This promotional t-shirt from Apple kind of scares me. I know this is Geek Schwag, but I think this is just a little over the top. But hey, it’s Apple so it has to be cool!

Recycled Apple Keyboards Made Into Bling

Apple ‘del’ necklace

Here’s some wearable geeky swag that’s also got some ‘green’ cred! This unique piece of jewelry is made from buttons  scavenged from discarded Apple keyboards.

Making Your Promos Pop - The iPopcorn

To highlight the functional benefit of the video iPod’s compact technology, Apple served up tiny promotional popcorn buckets with the tagline “iPod: Movies in your Pocket.” The promotion was a blockbuster hit in movie theaters throughout South Africa. BBDO came up with this brilliant promotion, which succeeded in making the hand-held movie experience tangible and edible, too!

Posh Apple Lunch Boxes

I’m not a Mac enthusiast myself, but I gotta admit that their distinctive products really extrude a style that my laptop can’t hope to match. Well, it looks like that sense of style extends to their promotional products as well — check out this swank Apple-logoed lunch box. Now all they need to do is to come out with one that matches the MacBook Air’s form factor and maybe they’ll be able to start a whole new designer diet.
