For those graphic design geeks looking to extend their passion into their food, the Zuse print maker toaster is a truly wonderful appliance. Inseq Design based their toaster on old matrix-style printers, and it toasts 12 x 12 pixel designs into the bread one line at a time. Sure, you can’t toast your latest hi-res Photoshop masterpiece, but you can store up to 12 images in the toaster’s memory chip, adding some much-needed graphic excitement to breakfast.

Ever dream of actually being able to sneak into the Millennium Falcon and join the heroes of Star Wars on their mission? No? Well, what are you waiting for? Designer Kayla Kromer, who is probably fending off thousands of worshipful geek suitors at the moment, has recreated Han Solo’s spaceship from the film as a fully functional bed. An extra-functional bed, really - this one has working LED headlights, a map on the inside of the sheets, and even a miniature “cockpit” area that holds Star Wars toys.

While I don’t think we’ll be seeing any Star Wars bed and breakfasts any time soon, I’m sure there are a ton of people who would buy this bed, and some who might even admit to sleeping in it…
